I've never been much of a Mille Crepe fan until I found Vanille Mille Crepe. It's not exactly something that would wow anyone, but once you've tried it, I'm pretty sure you'd be as hooked as I did.

IOI City Mall marks Vanilla Mille Crepe's 3rd outlet after Sunway Pyramid & Paradigm Mall. The launch itself was a tremendous success, with queues starting from 9.30am all the way till closing! If you're wondering what all the fuss is about, here are some reasons why!

To summarize, each and every flavour was unique. They all had a great depth of flavour, with the Salted Caramel & Uji Matcha Green Tea being my favourite. Over 30 layers of finely done crepes stacked on one another, creating a uniquely smooth yet chewy texture. 

To be honest, it's probably the best Mille Crepe that I've had in Malaysia. These French-style Mille Crepes are made in-house by their own bakery, and the stocks are being replenish quite frequently. 

Aside from Mille Crepes, they also have a series of drinks made by a barista. Quite surprisingly, the Mocha I've ordered was pretty good, and it went really well with tarty cakes like the Lemon Cheese, or even something salty like the Salted Caramel. 

All and all, if you're looking for cakes, any cakes for that matter; be it for a birthday, company event or even just something to nom by the afternoon, Vanilla Mille Crepe is definitely one worth considering.
