Goodness Greens Cafe @ TTDI

For those who are looking to lose weight, or simple enjoy eating grass, then Goodness Greens Cafe is the right place for you. Situated in TTDI, Goodness Greens Cafe is opened by the same people who brought you La Juiceria. It's decor is fairly simple and clean but the one problem I find with the place would be the limited seats.

In any case, let's see what they have to offer.

The entrance.

As you might be able to tell, the design is rather chic and contemporary. But the spacious layout caused them to take away a few potential tables away.

Free infused water.

Tropical Greens & Cilantro Celery Punch - RM10

Of course, why wouldn't they have juices? It is after all, owned by La Juiceria. Here we have two types of detoxing juice (or atleast that is what I call them). Packed with a shitload of greens, and ginger, the drink itself is somewhat refreshing, while the remaining was torture.

Medium Sized Salad - RM18.90

There are 3 different sizes available - Petit, Medium and Grande. For my option, I was allowed to pick 1 base, 5 mains, 2 supplementary and 1 dressing. Though I can't really remember what I've chosen, I'll do my best to remember as much.

Lettuce, baked baby potatos, macaroni, zucchini (by accident, I wanted eggplant), capsicum, jalepenos, gherkins and grain mustard vinaigrette. In short, I really enjoyed my combination as the flavours and texture worked well together. The ingredients too were pretty fresh, as it's the most important element in a salad. Loved the vinaigrette, but definitely has room for improvements.

In conclusion, Goodness Greens Cafe is definitely a place for salad or veggie lovers, but I think some one who isn't much of a fan to ought to give it a try. Apart from them, I would highly recommend Simply Green Salad as well.
