One of my favourites - Japanese section! Filled with all-you-can-eat sashimi. My favourite would definitely be the butterfish!

Delicious lamb curry which goes really well with the provided rice and side dishes.

Of course there would be a fruits section. However, what differentiates The Spread by Gardens compared to other hotel buffets are definitely the freshness and variety of fruits here. There were peaches, grapes, watermlon, honey-dew, green apple, oranges, strawberries and many more! An absolute feast for those who love fruits!

Of course, desserts are not to be missed! Beautifully decorated but didn't taste as good as it looks. It wasn't bad, it simply was mediocre. Don't mind having one or two.

Last but not least, ice cream! Another added value in which The Spread offered would be their ice cream flavours. There were the standard vanilla, strawberry, chocolate and green tea. However, there was 1 flavour that truly stands out - wasabi! Oddly satisfy and mildly minty! 

That's not all, if you're in luck, they do have pan-fried ice cream as well. Similar to those from Thailand or Monster Ice Cream in Sunway Pyramid. However, I wasn't that lucky as it went out of stock. Damn those working peoples! 

Here are some of my take. To be honest, I wouldn't say that The Spread excels in variety or choices. In fact, I personally find that The Spread by Gardens has one of the least amount of dishes served as compared to other hotel buffets. However, there is one positive thing regarding less options - consistency of flavours. If you can't beat them with quantity, do so with quality instead. Furthermore, their menu also changes daily, which is a nice bonus. Hence, I believe that they excel in quality instead of quantity.
