Tryst Cafe @ SS15
8:00:00 AM
Believe it or not, cafes have been sprouting one after
another over the years. Regardless which part of Klang Valley anyone resides,
there’s bound to be at least 2 – 3 cafes within the vicinity. Subang Jaya
itself is no different. There are more than 10 available cafes, each with their
own concept and style, to cater for their target market as they see fit. Among
so many, Tryst can be considered as one of the upcoming cafés in Subang.
Lamb Chop - RM23
A serving of beautifully cooked lamb chop with a nice char on the skin, mashed potatoes, mint sauce and grilled vegetables. Simple and juicy but 1 serving could hardly fill me up.
Chocolate Banana Pancakes
A simple serving of fluffy pancakes and sliced bananas with plenty of chocolate sauce and some dusted icing sugar. Sweet, fluffy and packed full of flavour!
Spaghetti Meatballs
Last but not least, a plate of freshly made spaghetti meatballs. Well cooked spaghetti with a delicious bolognese sauce and 3 meatballs. Though the meatballs were slightly tough, the sauce was pretty good.
All and all, though I've not tried everything on the menu, the selection provided was pretty good. Freshly made with decent flavours and priced that wouldn't drive the Brits away. Overall, a pretty good place to chill or have a light meal - perhaps even some shisha.
